Outdoor advertising uncovered

Those that know me well just know that I have a passion for research. 

 

Over the past month I have been working with some terrific qualitative researchers and our work together reconfirms for me how important it is for companies to talk to people to find out if they are on track with products, advertising and marketing. When you think about it, it is a sensible notion because we are all selling our goods and services to people. 

Media is changing so fast that last year I led the team The Media Precinct out onto the streets so we could understand how different people believed they connect with media. From every interview I have learnt something new. I have even had old marketing tactics from '100 years ago' reconfirmed as being still relevant today.

 

This latest interview, featured over on The Media Precinct website, has reconfirmed for me that the message makes the medium.  Enjoy!
