Back to the future for cinema
Did you know that the first feature length multi-reel film was a 1906 Australian production? Today, Australia hosts a raft of blockbuster movies and the country's screens have just hosted blockbuster franchise Marvel’s Doctor Strange. Strange is soon to be followed by Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 and Thor: Ragnarok in 2017. SBS brings Viceland to Australia
The Vice lifestyle and culture TV channel launches in Australia this week (Tuesday, November 15), taking over SBS 2 with the channel to be rebranded as SBS Viceland.
